  • Service Activation : Any Digital, Onsite, Online IT Support services, IT Consultation and Training Programs for IT Professionals do not require physical shipping. Activation or access details will be provided electronically.

  • Delivery Timeframes : For services requiring activation or access details, these will be delivered to you promptly after the order has been processed. For physical products associated with training programs or any tangible deliverables, estimated delivery times will be communicated during the checkout process.

  • Order Processing : All service orders are processed within 7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs : Shipping costs are not applicable for services that do not involve physical delivery. For tangible deliverables, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination during the checkout process.

  • Delivery of Tangible Deliverables : Tangible deliverables associated with training programs or other services will be shipped to the address provided during the ordering process. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • International Shipping : For tangible deliverables, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.
