This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation and refund of services offered by Weprint Photobooks. By availing any of our services, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.


  • Cancellation of Services : Any Digital, Onsite, Online IT Support services, IT Consultation and Training Programs for IT Professionals can be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order.

  • Refund Policy : Refunds will only be considered if the cancellation is requested within the specified cancellation period, and the service has not been availed. If any part of the service has been availed, a refund will not be processed.

  • Refund Eligibility : To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a valid reason for cancellation and adhere to the cancellation timeframe specified. Refunds will not be provided for services where any portion of the service has been utilized.

  • Refund Process : Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after confirming eligibility.
